Your profile, language settings, and how your data is handled.
A quick tour of the settings that matter most and how Spacegraph treats your data. Everything here is configurable in settings, and the full legal detail lives in the Privacy Policy.
Your profile and focus
During onboarding you pick your sector and what you're trying to achieve. That context shapes both the search results you see and the answers the AI Compass gives you. It isn't locked in: go to settings any time to update your focus as your needs change.
Languages
The interface and most content are available in English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. Switch with the language menu in the header (the icon next to your notifications). The AI Compass understands and replies in all five, so you can ask questions in whichever language you're most comfortable with.
Privacy and GDPR
Spacegraph is built with GDPR in mind. Your personal and organisational data is hosted in the European Union, following data-protection-by-design principles. Your AI Compass conversations and saved shortlists are private to you: they aren't visible to other organisations. Access across the platform is role-based, so people only see what their role allows. Export or delete your data
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data under GDPR. You can export everything tied to your account, or request deletion, directly from settings. If you prefer, reach out through the contact page and we'll handle it from there.
Sign-in security
Your account supports secure sign-in methods including passkeys and two-factor authentication. Using these keeps your organisation's data protected even if your email is ever compromised. You can review and update your sign-in options in settings.
