Introduction

Welcome to Spacegraph. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Spacegraph platform operated by LETO SPACE GmbH. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including standard users and Solution Providers, upon registration.

Service Description

Spacegraph is an AI-driven discovery platform for space-enabled solutions. Our platform aggregates public and user-submitted data on space-industry companies, providing profiles, market reports, and insights. We help organizations across industries discover and implement space technology solutions through our marketplace, AI Compass, and Market Intelligence tools.

User Registration

To use certain features of Spacegraph, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Accounts are non-transferable.

Freemium Service Model

Spacegraph offers both free and premium features. Free tier users have access to basic platform functionality and limited features. Premium features, including advanced market reports and Solution Provider subscriptions, require payment. Features available in each tier may change at our discretion, with reasonable notice for existing subscribers.

Digital Content Sales

For purchases of digital content such as market reports, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products once delivered, except where required by law or in cases of technical failure that prevents access to purchased content. If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact our support team.

Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content purchases, starting from the date of purchase. However, if you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal right will not apply. By proceeding with immediate download or access, you expressly consent to this waiver.

User Content

You may submit content to the platform, including company profiles, reviews, and other information. By submitting content, you grant LETO SPACE GmbH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the platform. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

Solution Provider Connections

Spacegraph facilitates connections between users and Solution Providers. When you request to connect with a Solution Provider, your contact information and relevant inquiry details may be shared with that provider. Any subsequent dealings, agreements, or transactions between you and Solution Providers are solely between those parties. LETO SPACE GmbH is not a party to and is not responsible for any such arrangements.

User Obligations

As a user, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, and respect the intellectual property rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Spacegraph to: violate any applicable laws or regulations, provide false or misleading information, infringe on intellectual property rights, gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, scrape or harvest data without authorization, send spam or unsolicited communications, engage in harassment or abusive behavior, transmit malicious code, or interfere with platform operations.

Intellectual Property

The Spacegraph platform, including its content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by LETO SPACE GmbH and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Spacegraph platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LETO SPACE GmbH does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the platform. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LETO SPACE GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total direct liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. For business users, any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Graz, Austria. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts as provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
