V2X Vehicle-Road Coordination Solution

Qianxun Spatial Intelligence's V2X Vehicle-Road Coordination Solution supplies the positioning and timing layer that cooperative driving depends on. V2X safety warnings, lane-level information services and free-flow ETC charging billed on the exact driving track all require knowing precisely where each vehicle is, with vehicle and roadside devices sharing one accurate clock.

The solution combines sensing, communication, positioning and time synchronisation in a cloud-edge-terminal system and delivers combined high-precision positioning and timing services to vehicle, roadside and IoT terminals. It relies on the national BeiDou ground-based augmentation network and Qianxun's own algorithms; the provider states dual-frequency RTK accuracy of CEP95 < 30 cm in open sky, 10 Hz GNSS output meeting V2X standard requirements, and nationwide service coverage with multi-constellation, multi-frequency correction broadcasting, monitoring and alarms. Its FindAUTO client has been integrated into Qualcomm and MTK communication chipset solutions.

On the roadside, the Qianxun Tuling (千寻途灵) RSU is a C-V2X roadside unit that follows 3GPP R14 and Chinese national standards and has passed conformance and large-scale testing. It provides vehicle high-precision positioning, distributes and updates high-precision maps, and gives holistic perception of incident and traffic-control data. It takes nanosecond-level time from satellite timing for distributed edge synchronisation, can broadcast centimetre-level differential data over the V2X channel where there is no mobile network, and monitors its own displacement to warn managers of shifting roadside infrastructure. It integrates Qianxun's MC262 positioning module and N2 differential board and connects over C-V2X, 5G and ETC-X.

Qianxun cites the Chengdu–Yibin (Chengyi) Expressway, where it built a dedicated vehicle-road coordination system providing lane-level centimetre positioning and millisecond timing to 30,000 devices and vehicles.
