UbiMonitor is an AI-driven geospatial service that uses frequent, high-resolution satellite imagery to detect, update and validate building footprints, shapes and volumes and roof features such as solar panels and green roofs, with multi-temporal coverage on a global scale. Wide-area change detection runs on open Copernicus Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 data; where change is found, very-high-resolution imagery such as Pléiades (0.5 m) is used for detailed extraction. A SAM-Adapter (Segment Anything) model produces building masks as GeoTIFF, building polygons as Shapefiles and probability maps, which are compared against the customer's existing building database. Building data updates for energy-utility customers improved data accuracy by about 18%. The service targets energy companies, utility providers and network operators, as well as real estate developers, urban planners and authorities, replacing manual mapping and field visits. It is priced per square kilometre analysed, with API access for integration with other systems.
