Smart Mine Solution

Smart Mine Solution (智慧矿山解决方案) is Qianxun Spatial Intelligence's integrated system for safety monitoring and for managing people and vehicles at open-pit and underground mines in China. It is sold to mining companies and to mine system integrators. Built around BeiDou high-precision positioning, it follows a 'cloud, terminal, map' design.

Contact sensors (GNSS deformation terminals, array displacement meters, deep inclinometers, water-level and rain gauges) and non-contact sensors (slope radar, AI video) monitor slopes, tailings dams, waste dumps and goaf areas and issue early warnings. GNSS receivers with Qianxun's FindMM static service give millimetre-level deformation results (nominal ±2.5 mm + 0.5 ppm horizontal; better than 1.39 mm horizontal in 37 slide tests). FindCM gives workers and vehicles real-time positioning to ±2 cm horizontal and ±5 cm vertical, using BeiDou ground- and satellite-based augmentation. Underground and indoors, a fusion engine combines UWB, Bluetooth and GNSS, and the terminals connect to the FindS location platform. Where there is no public network, edge devices send monitoring data over BeiDou-3 short messaging.

The QxMap and Haojing digital-twin engines build a 3D 'one map' of safety, environment and energy use, viewed on PC, mobile app, WeChat mini-program and a control-room screen.

Qianxun cites deployments at Angang Group's Gongchangling iron mine, at SANY Heavy Industry's Dabaoshan phase II smart mine (SANY's platform covers more than 200 mining areas) and at the Tianshengqiao tailings dam in Lincang, Yunnan.
