Tomorrow.io's Resilience Platform (also sold as the Weather Intelligence Platform) is an enterprise weather intelligence application for organisations whose operations are disrupted by weather, such as airlines, rail and logistics operators, utilities, construction firms, insurers and public agencies. It builds on Tomorrow.io's proprietary forecasting, including its 1 Forecast blend of NOAA, ECMWF and in-house numerical weather models, and can take in customer data such as monitored locations, assets, routes, flight schedules, scheduled events and readings from the customer's own weather stations.
Users set up automated protocols: conditional rules on parameters such as precipitation intensity or wind speed that trigger alerts and standardised response workflows across the organisation. The platform adds an interactive event timeline, the Gale generative-AI assistant, email digests, an iOS and Android app, webhooks and REST APIs, and dashboard templates for industries from aviation to mining.
Space input: in the NextGen tier, which Tomorrow.io offers through early access, forecast modelling is enhanced with proprietary data from Tomorrow.io's own constellation of microwave-sounder and precipitation-radar satellites, and a full probabilistic ensemble gives forecasts across 51 scenario outcomes; the Classic tier does not include probabilistic forecasts. Separately, an Active Fires layer in the platform and API shows fires detected by the VIIRS instrument on the Suomi NPP and NOAA-20 satellites.
Named users include Lufthansa, Walbridge, CHS, Azul and the Massachusetts municipalities of Brockton and Dedham, where Brockton reports improving precipitation start and stop times by four hours per storm. The platform is also listed on the AWS and Microsoft Azure marketplaces.

Tomorrow.io
Tomorrow.io provides weather intelligence for organisations: its Resilience Platform turns forecasts into automated alerts and operational workflows, and its Weather API delivers real-time, forecast and historical weather data to applications. It operates its own constellation of radar and microwave-sounder weather satellites, sells satellite data products from it, and is building the next-generation DeepSky constellation.
