Orbify EUDR Compliance Platform

Orbify EUDR Compliance Platform helps operators and traders that place timber, cocoa, coffee, soy, palm oil, rubber and cattle products on the EU market meet the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), which requires every production plot to be geolocated and shown to be free of deforestation after 31 December 2020.

Suppliers submit plot geolocation through a secure link (PlotShare) without creating an account or using GIS software, as GeoJSON, CSV or KML, with geometry errors caught at collection. Each plot is then screened against satellite records: Sentinel-2 optical imagery at 10 m across 13 spectral bands, Sentinel-1 C-band radar that sees through cloud, Landsat for historical depth, commercial imagery from providers such as Planet and Axelspace where higher frequency is needed, and canopy height from NASA's GEDI mission. The compliance assessment combines this with reference forest datasets such as the EC JRC Global Forest Cover 2020 map and the Global Forest Change dataset, and plots stay monitored with deforestation alerts after filing.

The platform produces audit-ready due diligence reports and files the Due Diligence Statement to TRACES NT through the EU's API, including downstream statements built from upstream reference numbers. It integrates through a REST API and webhooks, with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics connected via middleware. Editions exist for micro and small companies and for partners, who can deliver it under their own brand. West Fraser integrated it into its own supplier portal, and iov42 integrates Orbify's deforestation analysis into its Interu traceability platform by API.
