Diagnose, simulate and certify the environmental impact of your projects with satellite imagery and AI

Netcarbon is a cloud-based SaaS platform that combines aerial and satellite imagery (20 cm resolution, Sentinel-2, Landsat 8, Planet) with AI models and ground-truth data to measure, simulate and certify the ecological impact of urban development and land-restoration projects. Six environmental layers are quantified — land classification, biodiversity scoring, biotope coefficient (CBSh), thermal comfort (UTCI), temperature projections to 2100 via IPCC scenarios, and carbon stock & flux. Interactive dashboards, map layers, and scenario-simulation tools let planners import CAD plans (.dwg), model interventions over 0–25 year horizons, and export results via the platform or API. Certifications supported include Label Bas Carbone Ville Arborée and GHG Protocol. Target users are urban planning and construction firms, local authorities pursuing carbon neutrality, real estate owners and infrastructure managers.
