KM700 is a series of integrated navigation modules from Kunchen (中电昆辰) for manufacturers that build high-precision positioning into vehicles and other devices, where satellite positioning on its own degrades or drops out when signals are blocked. Each module combines a GNSS receiver that supports all major constellations and frequencies (BeiDou B1I, B1C, B2I, B2a, B2b and B3I; GPS L1 C/A, L1C, L2C and L5; GLONASS; Galileo; QZSS; NavIC; and SBAS) with 1,040 tracking channels, an automotive-grade inertial measurement unit (IMU), and an automotive-grade MCU for calibration and pre-processing. Kunchen's own RTK and GNSS/inertial integration algorithms run on the module.
For the KM702 variant, Kunchen publishes single-point accuracy of 1.5 m, RTK accuracy of 1 cm + 1 ppm, velocity accuracy of 0.05 m/s, timing accuracy of 10 ns (1σ) and a 20 Hz update rate; its datasheet adds heading accuracy of 0.2° on a 1 m antenna baseline. The module is specified to meet a dead-reckoning requirement of better than 0.2% of distance travelled (with vehicle wheel-speed input), and it supports dual-antenna heading and an external IMU.
The module measures 17 mm × 22 mm × 2.8 mm, weighs 2.1 g, is designed to automotive standards, operates from −40 °C to 105 °C, and provides three UARTs, I2C, SPI and a CAN 2.0 interface. Its pin layout is compatible with mainstream modules of the same class. Kunchen uses the KM700 as the GNSS element of its full-scenario integrated navigation solution, and offers free solution design, device loans and data analysis through its customer support.

Kunchen (中电昆辰)
Kunchen (Sichuan Zhongdian Kunchen Technology Co., Ltd.) is a Chengdu company founded in 2015 to commercialise centimetre-level positioning technology from a University of Electronic Science and Technology of China research team. It makes satellite-inertial integrated navigation terminals and GNSS/IMU modules, and UWB positioning networks that extend high-precision positioning into car parks, tunnels and other places without GNSS. Its customers include car makers, ports, mines and industrial sites.
