K3105 is a vehicle-mounted integrated navigation terminal from Kunchen (中电昆辰) for industrial vehicles and equipment, retrofitted to a customer's existing vehicles or fitted to equipment. It addresses the loss of satellite positioning in places such as urban canyons, under viaducts, in tunnels, in underground car parks and in GNSS-blocked areas of mines.
The terminal has a built-in multi-band GNSS module (BeiDou B1I/B2I, GPS L1/L2, GLONASS L1/L2, Galileo E1/E5b, QZSS L1/L2) that supports network RTK, receiving corrections directly from an RTK server over its built-in 4G modem, and a dual-antenna option for heading. Kunchen's own fusion algorithm combines GNSS/RTK with a built-in MEMS IMU, wheel-speed input (CAN or pulse) and, optionally, an external UWB digital antenna working with Kunchen's FocusStar (聚星) IEEE 802.15.4z positioning network. When neither GNSS nor UWB is available it switches to IMU-plus-odometer or IMU-only dead reckoning, so navigation output continues.
For the K3105-04 model Kunchen states fused accuracy below 0.03 m RMS (RTK+INS, open road), below 0.06 m RMS (UWB+INS), dead-reckoning error of 0.2% of distance travelled, 0.05° heading (antenna baseline of at least 1 m), 20 ns timing with GNSS and a 1–100 Hz update rate. It outputs WGS-84 coordinates in NMEA format over three CAN FD and four RS232 ports, records data to a memory card and provides PPS timing where there is no GNSS coverage. Variants include the K3105G, which Kunchen also aims at intelligent connected cars, supplying position, velocity and attitude data for NGP/NOA and AVP autonomous-driving functions, and the K3105C, which Kunchen exhibited for autonomous mining trucks in 2024. A factory-fit (front-fit) edition, the K3205, was shown at the 2023 NavInfo user conference. Kunchen offers free solution design, equipment loan and data analysis.

Kunchen (中电昆辰)
Kunchen (Sichuan Zhongdian Kunchen Technology Co., Ltd.) is a Chengdu company founded in 2015 to commercialise centimetre-level positioning technology from a University of Electronic Science and Technology of China research team. It makes satellite-inertial integrated navigation terminals and GNSS/IMU modules, and UWB positioning networks that extend high-precision positioning into car parks, tunnels and other places without GNSS. Its customers include car makers, ports, mines and industrial sites.
