Jupiter Site Intelligence

Jupiter Site Intelligence is a self-serve web application from Jupiter Intelligence that produces a climate risk assessment report for a single location on demand. Teams running more than a handful of reports, or needing portfolio-wide assessments, API access or custom scenarios, are referred to Jupiter's enterprise sales.

The user signs in, buys prepaid credits and picks a location by address, map pin or latitude and longitude. One credit unlocks one location, and reports for it can be re-run for each available climate scenario (SSP2-4.5 or SSP5-8.5) at no extra cost. A report typically takes two to five minutes to generate, can be viewed in the browser and is downloaded as a PDF or Word document. Credits are sold singly or as a five-pack and expire 180 days after purchase.

The Standard report gives an overall risk rating, hazard and change scores, and metrics and projections for nine perils: flood, wind, heat, cold, precipitation, wildfire, drought, subsidence and hail. The Advanced report adds economic impact modelling, including average annual loss and downtime losses, based on asset attributes such as occupancy type, number of stories, basement, total asset value and daily downtime cost.

Reports are computed with ClimateScore Global v3.3, Jupiter's physical climate risk models. Jupiter states that its wildfire model combines weather reanalysis, fire models, satellite imagery and land-use information, and was trained on satellite-derived global estimates of wildfire activity.
