Integrated Application Services (综合应用服务) is the remote-sensing monitoring and application service line of Twenty First Century Aerospace Technology (21AT), the Beijing company that operates the Beijing series of optical Earth-observation satellites. It serves government agencies, enterprises and public institutions that need to track change in natural resources, geohazards, the environment and urban development without operating satellites themselves.
The service has three parts. Space big-data application services take imagery from 21AT's own Beijing-series satellites, integrate synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and other remote-sensing data, and apply intelligent image interpretation and big-data analysis to set up operational monitoring workflows and deploy business application software for natural-resource management, geohazard early warning and emergency response, ecological protection, and urban planning and construction. Large-area image coverage coordination combines the Beijing series with other commercial satellites for joint acquisition and provides an internet- and cloud-based multi-satellite image query system for tracking delivery. Special services process data to a client's requirements into high-resolution optical, SAR and thematic products; examples shown include SBAS-InSAR deformation monitoring from Radarsat-2 data. Custom application systems are built on 21AT's own development platform, such as an environmental "one map" and water-resource management platforms.
21AT reports supplying post-disaster imagery of four overtopped or breached reservoirs, and post-disaster image coverage maps of three townships, to the Guangxi Department of Natural Resources and the Nanning government after the July 2026 Hengzhou floods, and its Miyun "Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains" ecological monitoring platform was selected as a 2025 Digital City innovation case by the China Information Association.
