Twenty First Century Aerospace Technology (21AT) produces Information Products: vector datasets extracted by analysing, comparing and interpreting the features visible in remote-sensing imagery. Each dataset carries the distribution, area, length, status and thematic attributes of features such as cultivated land, forest land, buildings, roads and water systems.
The line has two families. Land-cover products classify the whole land surface into feature classes; the Singapore-based Twenty First Century Aerospace Technology (Asia), 21AT Asia, lists land-cover information products covering more than 100 land-cover features. Thematic information products answer a specific question, such as the spatial distribution of the main crops in a region, and are offered as thematic maps for land, agriculture, water and environmental management. Products can be customised to a customer's requirements.
21AT operates the Beijing series of high-resolution optical Earth-observation satellites, including the Beijing-2 constellation (0.8 m panchromatic, 3.2 m multispectral) and the Beijing-3 satellites. In a 2016 International Astronautical Congress paper the company said it extracts more than 70 features from satellite imagery to support about 100 services for government departments in Beijing, in agriculture, city operation, environmental protection, forestry and urban green space, water, and land resources. 21AT does not publish the file formats, accuracy figures or prices of the products.
