ICEYE ISR Cell

ICEYE ISR Cell is a deployable ground unit that gives armed forces direct access to space-based intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) at the tactical level. Satellite intelligence has traditionally been produced centrally, on timelines of hours or days, while aerial systems are limited by range, line of sight and electronic warfare. The ISR Cell runs the whole ISR loop from a single 20-ft military-grade container: operators task satellites, imagery from ICEYE's synthetic aperture radar (SAR) constellation is downlinked directly to the cell and processed on site, automatic target recognition detects and classifies military objects such as aircraft, vessels and vehicles, and analysts review the results and disseminate finished intelligence to C2/C4 systems through NATO-interoperable interfaces. ICEYE lists compatibility with SAR and optical data sources, battle damage assessment among the analytics, and integration with a mobile ground station, ICEYE CONNECT or an S/X-band antenna. Because the cell operates independently of the central ground segment, it keeps the ISR loop running if that infrastructure is degraded or offline. The container arrives with hardware, software and network infrastructure included and deploys in under 24 hours, with a lead time of around 12 months; every delivery includes structured training on the customer's own areas of interest, and ICEYE can also supply its own operators. Launched in September 2025, the ISR Cell has been deployed in multiple NATO military exercises since 2024, including the Royal Netherlands Army's Fighter Lion, where the fastest delivery was just under 13 minutes from image acquisition to the analyst's desk, and France's ORION 2026, embedded in a French Army infantry brigade.
