GISCARTA is a no-code web GIS platform for building, analysing and publishing interactive maps and dashboards in a browser, which its maker positions as an alternative to Esri for budget-conscious teams. Users upload Shapefile, GeoJSON, GeoPackage, KML, GeoTIFF, CSV or Excel data, connect external WMS/WFS services, or start from ready-made global layers, then style, analyse and share the result as a link, an embedded map or a corporate geoportal.
Space data enters as raster imagery that the user brings. GISCARTA styles multi-band satellite rasters by spectral channel, and for agriculture it computes spectral indices such as NDVI from satellite imagery over field boundaries, naming Sentinel-2 and Landsat as free imagery sources. A layer-comparison widget sets imagery from different dates side by side to show land-use and land-cover change. GISCARTA does not supply this analysis imagery itself: its agriculture FAQ says Sentinel-2 and Landsat are accessible through open archives, while its satellite basemaps (such as Esri World Imagery, Imagery Google and Imagery USGS) serve as map backdrops.
Other tools include dashboards, 3D views with point clouds and 3D Tiles, geoprocessing (buffers, overlays, raster channel composition and clipping), transport analysis with routes and service areas, an AI agent and a QGIS plugin. GISCARTA markets the platform to real estate, urban planning, government, retail, climate, education and agriculture teams. Plans run from a free tier to paid monthly subscriptions, with an enterprise edition offering on-premise installation, role-based access and custom widgets.
