Geollect is Roke's geospatial intelligence platform for organisations that need to monitor vessels and other air, land and sea assets, manage risk and stay compliant in a maritime domain shaped by geopolitical tension, security threats and sanctions. Roke markets it to maritime insurance, global shipping and commodities, and works with defence clients on it.
Geollect is browser-based SaaS hosted on AWS. Basic access gives analysts global AIS vessel data together with static layers such as maritime boundaries, maritime incidents, port information and sanctions, plus open-source and UKHO charts. For satellite input, Spire Global reports that it integrated its Dynamic AIS, combined with terrestrial and satellite AIS, into Geonius, Geollect's asset-tracking platform, cutting non-transmission vessel alerts by up to 84% in key regions. Users view near-real-time and historic asset locations, incidents and areas of interest, plot and measure routes, and use tools such as the AIS Gap Identifier, range rings and merged points; alerts and reports can be set up for air, land and sea assets, and higher tiers add self-service alerts. Data can be exported as CSV or GeoJSON.
What sets it apart is the pairing of software with Roke's in-house intelligence analysts, who provide validation support and investigations, and the options to add Earth observation, radio-frequency and SAR datasets, fuse customer data, white-label the platform or commission bespoke machine-learning models. West of England P&I provides a testimonial on Roke's sanctions and vessel-trade reviews. Geollect is sold as a tiered subscription (by users and functionality) with a minimum 12-month term; Roke's G-Cloud 14 listing prices it at £30,000 per user per year, with a four-week free trial for up to three users.
