ESP Maestro is a cloud-based supply-chain orchestration platform from ESP Logistics Technology, built on Esri's ArcGIS. It addresses the siloed systems that leave logistics operators without real-time visibility of trucks, chassis, containers and cargo.
Maestro integrates a customer's existing yard, transport and warehouse management systems (YMS, TMS, WMS) with telematics, GPS sensors, IoT devices and cameras, and enriches them with external inputs such as AIS ship positions and weather. ESP licenses satellite AIS vessel-tracking and weather data from Spire; in Maestro's Ocean Viewer this supports ship and container tracking, predictive ETAs and port dwell times.
Machine-learning models predict terminal wait times, detect anomalies such as unplanned moves, bobtails and excessive dwell, and recommend truck movements and dispatch actions, with alerts and two-way messaging to staff. Applications for 3PL and drayage operators, freight forwarders and cargo owners include fleet performance views, dispatch views, yard digital twins and a supply-chain control tower.
ESP says Maestro uses AI to coordinate business activities, driving 15%+ cost reductions. Named users include A1 Group, a US 3PL that adopted Maestro for truck dispatch and drayage analysis and is also an investor in ESP; Waterfront Logistics, which integrated its telematics, dispatch and yard systems into Maestro; and Bristow, whose helicopter flight-following Global Tracking solution runs on Maestro and integrates GPS/satellite tracking sensors. ESP received the Analytics Award at the 2024 Esri Partner Conference.

ESP Logistics Technology
ESP Logistics Technology provides a cloud-based geospatial platform for the supply chain, built on Esri ArcGIS, that gives real-time location intelligence and end-to-end visibility of assets such as trucks, chassis, containers, ships and aircraft. Its ESP Maestro platform integrates existing systems and uses machine learning to detect disruptions and recommend actions, with applications for ocean shipping (ESP Ocean), trucking (ESP Transport) and flight following (ESP Aviation). It also offers Notify, a location-based mass notification system for utilities and other organisations, and the Container 42 smart-container programme.
