EOP

EOP (Earth Observation Platform) is the aggregative geospatial intelligence platform of Prométhée Earth Intelligence, a French NewSpace company. It is designed to make Earth observation capabilities directly usable by decision-makers and operational staff, without requiring particular space or technical skills.

Through one digital interface, users search open and proprietary imagery catalogues, select images, order new acquisitions, track requests and their status, manage user rights and credits, and access and distribute the resulting data. EOP also supports direct programming of the company's own satellites: ProtoMéthée, a 16-unit nanosatellite carrying a multispectral imager, launched in November 2023, is demonstrating the operation of the platform for data analysis and satellite tasking, and the planned JAPETUS optical constellation is intended to follow. Prométhée was added to the roster of emerging Copernicus Contributing Missions in 2023. Satellite data can be aggregated with in-situ and other structured or unstructured sources, and results are disseminated as reports, dashboards and alerts.

EOP is modular: it can be used on its own or extended with advanced analysis engines such as Prométhée's GaIA, and integrated progressively according to operational needs. Prométhée positions its solutions for maritime surveillance and ocean protection, climate and environmental risk management, critical infrastructure protection, natural resource monitoring, and security and defence.
