Disclose, also marketed as EarthScan Disclose, is Mitiga Solutions' automated physical climate risk reporting tool. It is built for sustainability teams and consultancies that report under ESRS E1 (the EU's CSRD) or IFRS S2, including Australia's AASB S2 and California's SB 261, and that would otherwise need in-house climate modelling or outside consultants for the physical risk assessment behind those disclosures.
Users choose a framework, upload a CSV of asset coordinates and attributes, and download an Excel workbook with editable narrative templates. Mitiga states that Disclose covers ten key physical hazards, among them coastal and river flooding, wildfire, drought, heat stress, wind and heavy precipitation, under three IPCC-aligned climate scenarios and three time horizons (2025, 2030 and 2060). Return periods extend to 1,000 years for flood and wind, and Climate Value at Risk is calculated for wind and flood.
Disclose runs on the same engine as Mitiga's EarthScan platform, which combines CMIP6 and CORDEX climate models and ERA5 reanalysis with Bayesian modelling and is validated against more than 100,000 weather stations. The engine's flood signals use the Copernicus GLO-30 and GLO-90 elevation models, built from TanDEM-X radar data, and its wildfire signal uses ESA WorldCover land cover, built from Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 imagery.
Mitiga describes the output as a structured input to a company's disclosure, not the filed document itself. Reports are requested in the EarthScan web application. Mitiga lists annual Disclose plans on Microsoft Azure Marketplace by number of assets (1-25, 26-50 and 51-100), with a custom plan above 100 assets; requests made in the application receive a custom pricing proposal. Results can be exported to ESG and finance systems. Mitiga names HDI Global SE among the users.

Mitiga Solutions
Mitiga Solutions is a Barcelona-based climate technology company, a spin-off from Spain's National Supercomputing Centre, that provides science-based intelligence on physical climate risk. Its EarthScan platform and API assess how hazards such as flood, heat, drought, wind and wildfire may affect individual assets and portfolios under climate scenarios from 1970 to 2100, with risk ratings, return periods and Climate Value at Risk. Its Disclose tool turns these assessments into physical climate risk reports aligned with CSRD (ESRS E1) and IFRS S2.
