Digital Construction Solution

Qianxun Spatial Intelligence's Digital Construction Solution applies BeiDou high-precision positioning to construction sites, where managers need to supervise people, vehicles, machinery and structural safety across the whole build. It turns site information into measurable data for information collection, process supervision, resource dispatch and information release, combining positioning with machine control, AI image recognition, 3D visualisation, high-precision maps and BIM.

The positioning layer relies on Qianxun's BeiDou ground-based augmentation infrastructure, which the provider states delivers dynamic centimetre-level and static millimetre-level positions; a proprietary differential service can provide stable corrections without building a dedicated base station on site. On top of it, a platform built on Qianxun's own high-precision map engine offers modules for:

• 3D visualisation: a 1:1 twin of the site from BIM models, laser point clouds or oblique photography, with a progress dashboard and warnings on overdue tasks.
• Vehicle management: real-time positioning of site vehicles through high-precision terminals, route planning and supervision of dangerous driving.
• Personnel management: smart helmets or badges with geofenced danger-zone alerts, track playback, attendance and one-touch emergency calls.
• Machinery automation: guidance and control of piling, compaction, paving, excavation, dynamic-compaction and grading machines using satellite positioning, multiple sensors and custom software.
• Safety and AI monitoring: automated monitoring of foundation pits, settlement of nearby buildings and high formwork, plus AI video recognition of helmets, fire, vehicles and intrusions.

The modules deploy on a common spatio-temporal platform and are used through a management back end, a mobile client and large-screen dashboards, with dozens of partner sensors such as inclinometers, water-level gauges, crack meters and rain gauges.
