Climate Resilience Suite is AlphaGeo's physical climate risk and adaptation toolkit for real assets. It addresses a gap in hazard-only risk scores, which cannot tell a defended asset from an undefended one, by scoring both unmitigated and resilience-adjusted risk for any address or coordinate worldwide.
Its Climate Risk and Resilience Index (CRRI) covers nine hazards (heat stress, drought, inland and coastal flooding, wildfire, hurricane wind, hail, landslide and earthquake) for 2025, 2035, 2050 and 2100 under SSP2-4.5, SSP3-7.0 and SSP5-8.5. AlphaGeo states that the index integrates 85 sources, including satellite observations, Copernicus data, ERA5-Land reanalysis and NASA NEX-GDDP-CMIP6 projections, and it adjusts physical risk for local adaptation capacity from AlphaGeo's Global Adaptation Layer (up to 30 m resolution), societal resilience and an optional asset-level remediation checklist. Financial Impact Analytics translate the scores into insurance premium growth, insurability, utility demand, maintenance, downtime, retrofit CapEx, a climate risk discount and 10-year NPV loss for use in DCF models. Hazard Alerts match each asset to active hazards and to hazards forecast over the next seven days from public feeds, including NASA FIRMS satellite-detected fire hotspots. The data are updated quarterly.
The suite is delivered through the AlphaGeo Explorer web platform (enterprise licences with unlimited seats), a REST API, a Snowflake Native App and advisory engagements; a single-property Climate Risk Report is sold for $50. Named users include Stoneweg US, which uses it for TCFD-aligned reporting, Khazna Data Centers, which screened its whole data-center portfolio, and BayWa r.e. AlphaGeo states SOC 2 Type I and II certification.
