CLEOS (Cloud Earth Observation Services) is the digital marketplace and cloud platform of e-GEOS, the Telespazio/Italian Space Agency company. It addresses the effort of sourcing satellite data mission by mission: business customers register once and buy from the whole e-GEOS portfolio, including COSMO-SkyMed radar data, for which e-GEOS is the exclusive global distributor, Telespazio products and third-party missions.
Customers can search and order COSMO-SkyMed and SAOCOM data online, and order archive or new-tasking imagery from other radar and optical missions through CLEOS order forms: TerraSAR-X/TanDEM-X, RADARSAT-1/2, ALOS-2, KOMPSAT-5, Umbra, Vantor (WorldView), Airbus (Pléiades, Pléiades Neo, SPOT 6/7, Vision-1), SuperView, KOMPSAT, GEOSAT, Satellogic, GÖKTÜRK-1 and IRS. e-GEOS also lists free and open Sentinel-1, -2 and -3 and Landsat data and ready-made geospatial information layers. Products are delivered electronically through the platform or on physical media.
Beyond data sales, CLEOS offers batch processing services, such as converting COSMO-SkyMed and Sentinel-1 radar scenes into terrain-corrected, GIS-ready images, and an AI Factory where users train AI models (for example object detection or building-footprint extraction) and deploy them into processing pipelines. A multi-cloud orchestration layer runs jobs on commercial clouds, including the Copernicus DIAS, and on premise. A public API and developer portal let partners build and sell their own services on the marketplace. Accenture, which helped build the platform, reports that CLEOS manages more than 45 million items and over a decade of archive data. Fees are paid per order or by subscription.

e-GEOS, a Telespazio (80%) and Italian Space Agency (20%) company, provides Earth-observation data and geospatial information services. It is the exclusive global distributor of COSMO-SkyMed radar satellite data and fuses radar and optical satellite imagery with other data through cloud-based analytics, its CLEOS digital marketplace and vertical platforms (AWARE, AgriGeo, SEonSE, brAInt, mapcy). It supports mapping, monitoring and risk assessment for defence and intelligence, maritime, infrastructure and transport, energy, oil, gas and mining, agriculture, insurance, cultural heritage and emergency management, and leads the consortium that runs the Copernicus Emergency Management Service Rapid Mapping.
