mm-scale ground and structural movement monitoring powered by InSAR satellite, sensor and AI analytics

BKwai is a Cambridge spin-out geospatial analytics platform that fuses InSAR satellite radar data with in-situ sensor and environmental data to deliver millimetre-scale ground and structural movement monitoring across the full infrastructure lifecycle. Its AI and data-science engine removes noise, identifies step-change behaviours, applies automated forecasting (linear regression, moving averages) and uses mathematical correlation to surface relationships between assets. Organised around three phases — Plan (historical mapping), Construct (real-time site monitoring) and Operate (lifecycle asset management) — the web platform serves interactive dashboards with customisable alerts to engineers, planners, contractors and asset operators. Customers include Thames Tideway, Laing O'Rourke, Kier, WSP and Highways England.
