AUGMENTERRA Observer is a cloud-based SaaS platform that converts radar satellite InSAR data into millimetre-precision displacement time-series for ground and structures. Processing is powered by TRE ALTAMIRA and delivers continuous, contactless monitoring of buildings, roads, railways, power lines, bridges and dams without on-site operations. A Motion-Score algorithm evaluates damage potential from movement velocity and trend changes, and a Motion Certificate summarises structural risk for engineers and asset owners. Historical satellite datasets and interactive maps provide immediate insight for safety management, predictive maintenance and infrastructure planning. Optional Smart Corner Reflectors — manufactured in Austria and GNSS-integrable — extend measurement accuracy in areas with insufficient natural radar reflectors.
