AGRANI (Agriculture & Disaster Risk Analytics using Next Intelligence) is LeadsConnect's agri-fintech product suite for India's farm value chain. Small and scattered landholdings, climate variability and slow access to credit and insurance leave farmers, and the banks, insurers and agencies that serve them, without reliable plot-level information on crop condition and risk.
AGRANI combines satellite crop monitoring with data gathered by field staff. Its Crop Analytics module offers AI-powered crop health monitoring using satellite imagery, and Smart Advisory sends hyperlocal crop-stage and weather alerts. In the web portal, plot reports chart satellite-derived vegetation and moisture indices (such as NDVI and NDMI) by season. These feed proprietary scores, including a Crop Health Score and an Agriculture Credit Score, which sit alongside loan sourcing, embedded insurance and claims support.
The suite has three channels:
Projects shown by the provider include a command centre for crop area and yield monitoring under Uttar Pradesh's UPDASP project, HCL Foundation's Project MAATI baseline assessment of the value chain, and NABARD-branded pilot projects with two farmer producer companies in Karnal, Haryana. LeadsConnect reports 40,000 farmers onboarded, over Rs 70 crore in loans sanctioned and more than 55,000 tonnes of commodities traded, with coverage of 50M+ hectares across 15+ states. AGRANI was launched at the Uttar Pradesh Global Investors Summit 2023. The provider states that it won the BRICS Solutions Award 2026 in the Food Security and Nutrition category.
