Qianxun Spatial Intelligence's aerial survey 3D real-scene modelling solution is an end-to-end drone surveying workflow covering data acquisition, trajectory solving, processing and quality checking, aimed at surveying and mapping: large-scale topographic mapping, highway and waterway surveys, power-line inspection, water conservancy, forestry and mine surveys.
Conventional drone surveys need static or relay base stations set up along the survey area (every 10 to 20 km on corridor jobs, according to the provider) and ground control points laid out by field crews. This solution replaces them with Qianxun's own satellite positioning services: centimetre-level RTK navigation and the FindTrace GNSS+INS post-processing (PPK) service, which generates virtual reference-station data from China's national BeiDou ground-based augmentation network and global precise ephemerides. Qianxun's drone platforms (X1, X5, X8, Q10, Q20 and Q30) and its QX-1350 LiDAR payload record the raw GNSS observations; the X1's RTK module tracks GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo signals.
Imagery is turned into 3D models with the FindPixel cloud service and Qianxun's point-cloud software, and checked against field points measured with Qianxun RTK receivers. Outputs include orthophotos (DOM), DSM, DTM, 3D point clouds and true 3D models; the provider states a quasi-real-time point cloud can be produced on site within 10 minutes without a base station. Published projects report a 4 cm elevation RMSE from a 10 km² LiDAR survey of mountainous terrain in Yunnan, plane and height errors of 7 cm and 3 cm in a control-point-free oblique survey in Nanjing, and a 33.2 km² post-flood 3D model of a dike breach in Anhui.
