Addresscloud Platform

Addresscloud Platform gives insurers, MGAs, Lloyd's market firms, reinsurers and insurtechs address-level intelligence for risk selection, pricing, accumulation management and claims validation. It starts from an address: the Match API geocodes it to rooftop coordinates (in the UK and Ireland on Ordnance Survey AddressBase, Pointer and Eircode data), and the Intelligence API returns property attributes and peril scores for that location in under a second. The peril and property layers are curated from partners and open data, including JBA flood maps, BGS GeoSure, MapleSky subsidence, Aon IF European windstorm, FEMA and NOAA data in the US, and Overture building footprints.

Satellite inputs include Skyblu's pan-European wildfire model, offered as an optional dataset since May 2026. It scores wildfire risk at 20 m resolution across Europe and was built from satellite observations from 2001 to 2023 together with climate and vegetation data. It gives wildfire probabilities for 2026 to 2030, with a reported AUC of about 0.9. UK property attributes are also refined using satellite imagery and geospatial data, and the Open Land bundle returns a CORINE Land Cover code for each address.

The same data is delivered through APIs, a web application (property search, risk maps, exposure analysis, batch processing), data feeds into customer data lakes, and AI workflows. Named users include RSA (since 2016), Protector Insurance, Eaton Gate and Integra, and Addresscloud built and runs Flood Re's Property Data Hub. Its APIs are integrated into Acturis and hx Renew. The platform runs on AWS in UK and EU data centres, and Addresscloud is certified to ISO 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials.
