Acres

Acres is a U.S. land intelligence platform, used on the web and through an Apple and Android app, that brings parcel boundaries, ownership, comparable land sales, mortgages, zoning, infrastructure and environmental data into one map so land teams can find, evaluate and value property. Acres states that it covers more than 150 million parcel records and 45 million land transactions drawn from over 10,000 data sources and 15,000 map layers, with most data available for all U.S. states except Hawaii and Alaska.

Satellite data enters through built-in insight layers. The Vegetation Index layer shows NDVI that Acres calculates from Sentinel-2 data at 10 m resolution, per selected boundary and per year. The Land Cover layer (formerly Crop History), taken from the USDA NASS Cropland Data Layer, breaks down what has grown on the selected land over time; Acres notes that both layers are derived from satellite imagery. Weekly-updated satellite imagery, added in 2026 for Enterprise customers, lets teams monitor site preparation, new construction and land-use change. Historical imagery back to 2010 comes from the USDA's aerial NAIP programme.

Plans run from a free account and Acres+ to Pro and an Enterprise tier with the Acres Intelligence AI agent, Salesforce integration, shared team portfolios and training and onboarding. Published customer stories include Century Communities and DDK Forestry and Real Estate, and Golden State Farm Credit uses it in its appraisal department. AgHeritage Farm Credit Services names Acres its preferred data partner, and Peoples Company enriches its own databases through an Acres API integration. Acres has completed a SOC 2 Type II audit.
