About this call
The EU Union Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM) supports cooperation among Member States and Participating States in disaster prevention, preparedness and response. UCPM-2026 is the 2026 call cycle, managed by DG ECHO. Three topics are open in 2026: Technical Assistance for Disaster Risk Management (TRACK1, €6 million, closed 21 April 2026), Knowledge for Action in Prevention and Preparedness (KAPP-PVPP, €10.6 million, closing 19 May 2026), and Full Scale Exercises (KAPP-EX, €4.5 million, closing 19 May 2026). The two open topics close very soon — they appear in iteration 1 as illustrations of the closed-call status display. UCPM 2027 cycle expected to open in early 2027.
