Flo.w

Flo.w is Emu Analytics' cloud-hosted operations orchestration software for airlines, airports and rail networks, built on a real-time geospatial digital twin. It ingests live location and operational feeds (ADS-B, train GPS positions, ground-vehicle telematics, IoT sensors, signalling, TRUST and Darwin rail data, AODB, crew and stand systems) and combines them with historical data, machine learning and rule-based logic to predict disruption, raise alerts and recommend ranked responses to control teams.

Key capabilities:

• Connect & understand: one live 2-D/3-D map-based view of aircraft, trains, ground vehicles, stands and assets, shared by control rooms, ground teams and partner organisations.
• Predict: anomaly detection and predictive alerts for delays, stand conflicts, crew-duty limits, passenger connections and EU261/UK261 exposure.
• Coordinate: ranked decision recommendations with quantified cost, time and risk impact, and a shared response across teams.
• Improve: historical replay, natural-language queries over live and historical data, and performance analytics such as rail sectional running times and sub-threshold delay.
• Integration: existing connectors, standard APIs, message queues and data streams, with bespoke integrations built during delivery; a documented REST API (Flo.w Engine) and MQTT real-time ingest.

Flo.w comes in three editions: Flo.w Airlines, Flo.w Airports and Flo.w Rail. Deployments include British Airways at Heathrow (as Mission Control, with $3.94M validated annual ROI), IAG Cargo's Heathrow ground fleet, Qantas towing operations in Sydney, LNER on the East Coast Main Line (as Pulse) and the UK Civil Aviation Authority's Airspace Analyser (120 users). It is sold as an annual SaaS subscription, hosted on AWS by default, with private-cloud or hybrid options.
