Felt is a cloud-native GIS platform that lets teams create interactive maps, spatial dashboards and embeddable map apps in the browser, without desktop software or deep geospatial expertise. Users drag and drop vector, raster and spreadsheet files of up to 5 GB (for example Shapefile, GeoPackage, file geodatabase, KML, GeoTIFF, CSV/Excel and AutoCAD DWG/DXF), with automatic geocoding and tile generation. Satellite and aerial imagery can be uploaded or, on the Enterprise plan, streamed as Cloud-Optimized GeoTIFFs from Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure or a STAC catalogue. It can be styled with band combinations and NDVI, NDWI and NDMI presets on standard or satellite basemaps. Enterprise live connections to Postgres/PostGIS, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift and SQL Server keep maps in sync with the source data, and ArcGIS Feature, Map and Image Servers can be imported. Spatial analysis runs through a no-code UI or SQL. Results are shared by link, embedded in websites or added to BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau. The iOS and Android Field App captures GPS-located points, lines, areas, geotagged photos and survey forms. It works offline and accepts external high-accuracy GNSS receivers. A QGIS plugin publishes QGIS projects to Felt. On the Enterprise plan, developers can automate map creation with the REST API, JavaScript SDK, Python SDK or MCP server. Data can be exported as GeoJSON, GeoPackage or GeoTIFF. Dashboards support time-series charts, histograms, bar charts and filters, with fine-grained permission controls.
