ACROPALIS is Assimila's crop analysis system that integrates multispectral optical and microwave (SAR) satellite observations with weather forecasts and the WOFOST crop growth model to monitor crop condition and forecast agricultural risk at field level.

Key capabilities:

• Satellite-driven Crop Analytics: Ingests microwave and optical Earth observation data to derive vegetation metrics including leaf area index (LAI), canopy cover, above-ground biomass and chlorophyll content.
• Data Assimilation & Modelling: Couples EO data with weather and climate information and the WOFOST process model to produce an ensemble of yield predictions with uncertainty ranges.
• Time-Series Monitoring: Monitors crop growth and health in near real-time (1–2 week lag), tracking canopy development and key phenological events throughout the growing season.
• Yield Forecasting: Delivers yield information as an early-season outlook, in-season forecast and near-harvest estimate, each with a confidence range.
• Delivery Interfaces: Outputs suitable for dashboards, reports and integration with third-party services (e.g. ADAS YEN benchmarking, Crop4Sight potato yield services).
