Spottitt Metrics Factory is a cloud-based platform that ingests 40+ satellite, climate, and elevation data sources and applies AI to produce 85+ risk and condition metrics for linear and site infrastructure assets. It monitors vegetation encroachment, third-party works, land movement, climate hazards, and biodiversity across assets from single sites to national networks spanning 50,000+ km. Results — available with up to 30 cm resolution and delivered within 7 days — stream to an interactive web map, downloadable reports, GIS- and spreadsheet-compatible exports, and an API that can write condition assessments directly into Enterprise Asset Management systems. No ground sensors or in-house remote sensing expertise are required; the fully managed service scales from route planning and site selection through construction monitoring to ongoing operational surveillance.
