High-resolution thermal intelligence from space — day and night, at 3.5 m resolution

SatVu's HotSat constellation delivers the world's highest-resolution commercial thermal infrared imagery at up to 3.5 m ground sampling distance, operating day and night via a Mid-Wave Infrared (MWIR) sensor (3.7–5 µm). Users access imagery through a self-service web platform, a RESTful API, and a Python SDK, receiving deliverables as Cloud Optimized GeoTIFFs with STAC-format JSON metadata. The platform supports tasking of new collections and browsing of an expanding archive to measure surface and building heat signatures. Key verticals include energy and commodity monitoring (gas flaring, refinery activity), urban heat and climate resilience, national security and defence ISR, and critical infrastructure assessment. The constellation is expanding toward 10+ satellites targeting up to 20 daily revisits.
