Deforestation Advanced Monitoring

Deforestation Advanced Monitoring (ADAM) is now delivered as the EUDR analysis inside OpenAtlas's Vantage web app and API. It applies self-supervised machine learning to Sentinel-2 imagery (10 m) to establish forest cover at the EUDR 2020 baseline and detect post-baseline deforestation and land-use change, including logging rather than a forest/no-forest check. Each plot returns a High/Medium/Low risk level with a stated reason, forest and deforestation area with yearly breakdowns, protected-area and Indigenous-land overlap with source metadata, and a temporal imagery and land-cover report for auditors. Plots are uploaded as GeoJSON, KML, SHP, GPKG, CSV or Excel, results are reviewed in the web app or pulled through the REST API into sourcing, traceability and compliance systems, and analysis is billed per hectare in tokens. OpenAtlas reports screening of up to 50,000 hectares in under 20 minutes.
