Atlas InSAR

Owners and operators of infrastructure need reliable, repeatable measures of ground movement and site change to manage risk, plan maintenance and validate design assumptions. Sixense's Atlas InSAR provides satellite‑based deformation monitoring that complements in‑situ instrumentation and airborne surveys to deliver wide‑area, high‑frequency insight into settlement, slope movement and construction‑related deformation.

Atlas InSAR ingests and processes radar satellite acquisitions and produces time‑series deformation maps and alerts, then integrates results into Sixense's BEYOND Monitoring Web GIS platform and client reporting. Built on Persistent Scatterer Interferometry (PSI) methodology, it achieves millimetric precision (up to 1 mm/year) with more than 50,000 measurement points per km² in urban areas, covers thousands of square kilometres, and supports acquisition frequencies of 3–12 days depending on the satellite constellation. Retrospective analyses using archive SAR imagery dating back to 1992 are also available.
