LLcloud Earth Observation Platform

LLcloud® is a multi-sensor cloud platform that brings space, aerial and ground data into one common data space, in compatible formats, for joint visualisation, analysis and fusion. It is built for developers, researchers and organisations that need to combine Earth observation with drone, IoT, wearable and location data, and it serves environmental agencies, governments, port operators, logistics companies and city authorities through tailored solutions.

Ready-made importers bring in Copernicus Sentinel data (raw or processed) for a selected region of interest from the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem, drone and aircraft imagery (GeoTIFF, JPG), DJI drone video and flight telemetry (via AirData), GoPro video, Strava tracks, smartphone (Phyphox) and Apple Watch data, Movesense wearables, AIS vessel positions, and IoT sensors over WiFi, 5G, LoRaWAN and WebSocket. Converters output CSV, GPX, KML, GeoJSON and GeoTIFF. Data processors can be chained into pipelines: they compare location tracks, flag track segments with bad or missing GNSS data, check geofences, track vessels worldwide in real time and calculate exposure to air pollutants along a route. Results appear in table, tree, map and detailed views, with layers of geo-located data overlaid, for example drone images on satellite images.

Solutions built on the platform include Port Analytics (vessel counts and time in port for up to 3,500 ports worldwide, from AIS data), Oil & Gas Wells Monitoring (methane and status tracking of orphaned wells, with an AI-trained detector that suggests possible unknown well locations from airborne and satellite imagery), Urban Heat Navigation (coolest pedestrian routes from urban heatmaps and wearable temperature readings, shown in the WATI mobile app prototype) and Satellite Spot Beam Optimisation for satellite operators. A basic RESTful API (JSON, token authentication) handles login, trials and file upload and download, and a custom software unit builds additional importers and processors at extra cost.

Subscription plans cost €240 per month (Basic) and €480 per month (Standard), billed annually and excluding VAT; Premium is priced on request. Terms are 6 or 12 months and include a one-month free trial. LLcloud was selected for Batch 2 of the EU CASSINI Business Accelerator (November 2023 to April 2024). Since 1 September 2026, Digital Spaces Living Lab in Sofia, Bulgaria, has been the main seller of the platform and its solutions.
