Just Transition Mechanism — Public Sector Loan Facility (2026 call)

The 2026 call of the Public Sector Loan Facility, the third pillar of the Just Transition Mechanism. It combines an EU grant with an EIB loan for public-sector investments in territories identified in the Territorial Just Transition Plans. It replaces the 2022–2025 call and runs with several cut-off dates until February 2027.
