First Street Enterprise Suite

First Street Enterprise Suite is a physical climate risk platform launched by First Street in December 2024. It is aimed at banks, investors, real estate owners, corporations and governments that need to price climate hazards into lending, underwriting, acquisitions and disclosure.

A user looks up a single asset anywhere in the world or uploads a portfolio as a CSV or Excel file, and receives risk scores, hazard probabilities and estimates of building damage, downtime and financial loss for the current year and for 30 and 75 years ahead under three SSP climate scenarios. First Street's physics-based models cover flood, wildfire, wind, extreme heat and cold, drought and severe convective storms, with engineering-based damage functions developed with Arup. The provider states coverage of 2 billion structures worldwide. Further modules add correlated portfolio risk, insurance and macroeconomic effects, companies and infrastructure assets, and reports aligned with TCFD, ISSB and CSRD.

The published methodologies name the satellite data behind the models: Landsat 8 land surface temperature in the US heat model; MODIS burned-area and land-cover products and VIIRS fire radiative power in the global wildfire model; Landsat 8, Terra/Aqua and Sentinel-2 imagery to update US wildfire fuels; and, in the global flood model, the satellite-derived MERIT and Copernicus GLO-30 elevation models and MSWEP rainfall estimates.

Besides the web application, the data is delivered through GraphQL APIs, a raster map tile API, an MCP server and bulk Parquet files. Named customers include Fifth Third Bank, Tishman Speyer and the South Carolina Office of Resilience. MSCI announced its acquisition of First Street in June 2026, and the provider's site now describes it as part of MSCI.
